My thoughts are with Charles' friends and family. I just found out today that Charles had passed after a friend asked if anyone had seen Charles lately. Charles was a local fixture at cultural events around Erie. He was always ready to talk about what was new. He was supportive and ever present. I usually caught up with him in passing as we walked downtown. It was always a welcome break in the action to find out what he'd been up to and where he was heading. He will be missed by myself and many others here in Erie. Rest in Peace, Charles.
