Denise Kaye Faulkner, 68, of Sinclairville, passed away in Chautauqua Nursing and Rehab after a brief illness.
She was born June 2, 1955 in Jamestown, daughter of the late Ralph Warren and Lela Edwards Faulkner.
Denise was a graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School class of 1973. She retired from Truck-Lite in March 2012 after 33 years.
She is survived by her brother Warren Neil (Diane) Faulkner of Cherry Creek, sister’s Diana Faulkner and Lori Martin of Sinclairville and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Kathy (Jerry) Clark.
At Denise’s request there will be no funeral service.
