LeRoy Pattyson May 24th 1938 to December 25th 2022. Son of Raymond and Virginia Pattyson. Beloved husband of Delores Pattyson (Lindquist).
Predeceased by his brothers, Kirk and Sidney Pattyson of Cherry Creek, and Ross Pattyson of Jamestown, and his niece, Vicky Petersenpulver of Batavia.
LeRoy is survived by his sister, Sandra Pattyson Petersen of Sodus, his children, August (Gus) Pattyson of Wisconsin and Jeanette Pattyson Green of Jamestown, Step-son, Allan Larson of Lakewood, grandchildren, Blythe and Bowden Green of Jamestown, and step grandchildren, Samantha (Aaron) Salzler of Lakewood, and Leah Larson of Jamestown. Also surviving are Several nieces and nephews.
LeRoy was Born in Silver Creek and Attended Pine Valley School. He Served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Destroyer from 1956 to 1958. LeRoy worked as a barber for many years.
LeRoy enjoyed roller skating, the History Chanel, the Discovery Chanel, scratch off tickets and anything sweet. He was a social butterfly enjoying the company of family, friends and strangers alike.
LeRoy once boxed a kangaroo… the kangaroo won.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Jordan Funeral Home.
A memorial will be held at the Celeron Legion on January 7, 2023 from 12pm-3pm.
