Robert Jess "Rob" Tyler, 41, of Cassadaga, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Sept 20, 2022 at home. Born Jan. 17, 1981, in Jamestown, NY, to Charyle (Rosenow) and Kirk Tyler of Cassadaga. He was a 2000 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School and also completed the Criminal Justice program at BOCES. Rob had previously been employed at Heritage Village in Gerry in dietary, Truck Lite in shipping and receiving, and most recently with his father, at KCR Enterprises, Cassadaga as an auto tech. He was a member of the Cassadaga Memorial Squadron 1280, Sons of the American Legion, and the Cherry Creek Sno-goers. Rob spent his time riding and drag racing snowmobiles, golfing and spending time with his family, especially his son. He was the father of Lucas Michael Tyler of Kennedy, and survived by his various family members. Brother of Christa (D.J.) Meder; uncle of, Sarah and Payton Meder, all of Stockton; mother of his son, Michaela Keith of Kennedy; grandson of Nancy (Late William) Tyler of Phoenix, AZ and Diana (late Fredrick) Rosenow of Stockton; great grandson of June Greathouse of Brocton. Also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins and countless friends. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 1st at the Stockton VFD, 7243 Route 380, Stockton from 2-6 p.m..
