Marion N. Crowe, 102, formerly of Brocton, passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2022 at Heritage Village R&SN, Gerry.
Born Oct. 3, 1919 in Brocton a daughter of the late Charles and Maude Barker Nixon.
She was a 1937 graduate of Brocton High School and then received her Teacher's Certificate from Fredonia Normal.
Marion was employed for 38 years as a 5th grade teacher at Brocton Central School retiring in 1979.
She was a member of the Brocton Baptist Church and had formerly participated in various church ministries.
Marion enjoyed traveling and had visited a number of, if not all of the states.
Wife of the late Kenneth Crowe; sister of the late C. Robert "Bob" and infant sister Ruth Nixon. She has many nieces and nephews including the late Edward and Richard Nixon.
Graveside service 1p.m. Thursday in Portland Evergreen Cemetery,8323 Cemetery Rd., Portland.
