Obituary of Marylou Sisson

MaryLou Sisson, 75 of Cassadaga, formerly of South Buffalo's 1st Ward, passed away Wed., Apr. 20, 2022 at Buffalo General Hospital. Born Jan. 25, 1947 in Buffalo a daughter of the late Floyd and Mary Steele Morrison. She was a 1964 graduate of St. Mary's Business School, Buffalo. MaryLou was employed in customer service for various retail stores including; Maple Leaf Foods, Grants, Woolworth's, Wilson Farms and also a fulltime wife, mother and homemaker. She was a member of the New York State Fire Police Auxiliary and a Shrine Circus volunteer. Mary Lou enjoyed bingo with her friends, Hallmark movies, watching her shows and treasured time spent with family. Wife of 56 years to Edward F. Sisson, Sr., who she married Dec. 4, 1965; mother of, Edward F. (Debra), Jr. and Tammie (Christopher) Wichlacz; grandmother of, Rachele (Zach) Pankow, Gabrielle and Edward F. Sisson, III, Thaddeus and Bradley Wichlacz; great-grandmother of Landon and Autumn Pankow; sister of Gerald (late Theresa) Thomas and the late, Maurice and Robert Boling; sister in law of Catherine and Mary Ann Boling. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life May 14, 2022, 1:00pm to 4:00pm, at the Cassadaga Fire Hall, 22 Mill Street, Cassadaga. Flowers declined.
