Obituary of Patricia A Ode

Patricia A. "Pat" Ode, 85 of Stockton, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021 at home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. Born Sept. 19, 1936 in Buffalo a daughter of the late Charles and Clara Clark. She attended Buffalo schools and was a 1970 graduate of North Tonawanda Public Adult School of Practical Nursing. Pat was employed as a Licensed Practical nurse at various institutions including over 25 years at Job Corp, Heritage Village, Fredonia Place and Sister's of Charity Hospital retiring in1999. She formerly attended St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Brocton. Pat was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with her grandchildren, her cat Boots and her "grand dog" Baxter. Mother of, Raymond H. (Ellen) Ode, Jr., of Tonawanda, Debbie Rodgers of Canada, Donald (Lauren) Ode of Grand Island Colleen (Donald) Meder and Timothy J. Ode all of Stockton; grandmother of, Amanda, Katelyn, Joseph, Jacob, Kendyl, Nichole, Brianna and Timothy J. Ode, Jr., Elizabeth (Chris) O'Hara, Ben and Sara Rodgers, Jaime Garigal, D.J. (Christa) and Daniel (Kristen) Meder, Kathy (Ty) Parmentier, Kim and Jared Oehlbeck, Kasie (Jake) Dellahoy, Garrett (Hannah Storer) LaCross and Tommy Hale, Jr.; great-grandmother of 23. also survived by her longtime friend Stephanie Rose and dedicated caregiver Maureen Mikula. Pat is preceded in death by the father of her children Raymond H. Ode and longtime companion Jack Cole, Jr. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 11 A.M. in St. Antony's R.C. Church, 42 Orchard St. (at Cushing St.) Fredonia. Flowers are declined. Memorials to: Stockton V.F.D. or Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care. Arrangements by Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville.
