Duane G. Christy, 79, of the Town of Charlotte, passed away Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025 at
home.
Born Nov. 3, 1946 in Dunkirk the son of the late Gilbert and Mildred Ball Christy.
He was a 1965 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School.
Duane was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1966-1968.
He had been employed at Jamestown Plywood from 1968-1977, Jacobson, Weakley and
Olson, Jamestown from 1977-1989 and Carriage House, Fredonia from 1989 until his
retirement in 2013.
He is the brother of Grace Christy, Town of Charlotte and also survived by cousins.
Visitation Wednesday 3-6pm in Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville where funeral
services will be held Thursday at 11am. Burial in Burnham Hollow Cemetery.
