Obituary of Stephanie Cecil-Benson

Stephanie Cecil-Benson, 66, of Lakewood, NY passed away peacefully on February 14, 2025 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Charles and Frances Cecil on June 17, 1958. Stephanie attended Princeton High School in Cincinnati, Oh.
She was an avid reader, enjoyed all things music, loved animals and to crochet but, her greatest accomplishment was being a wonderful mother and a grandmother to her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Allen John Benson.
She is survived by her daughter Leah Meadows, her grandchildren Jordan Meadows, Peyton Meadows, Brittany and Shaun, her brother Daniel (Kelly) Cecil, her sisters Sue (Jim) Tillotson, Mary (Kevin) Cecil and her four nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Stephanie’s name to the Chautauqua Humane Society or a Humane Society of your choice.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
